it has to be 500k with 3 months statements end balance.

I wouldn't just lump 500k (in whatever currency) the day before applying.

Make it look organic. Foodpanda, your own accounts back and forth etc.

well I have 340 K baht for last 3 months but, ….160k short,

I’m wondering if I borrowed 160 K the day beforei leave for embassy from someone to make 500k take a screenshot

you'll have to download your statement to a PDF File, JPEG I'm unsure, screenshot I'd guess not but yes, if the balance is over 500k baht in whatever currency you're good to go.
