TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about opportunities for cooking internships in Thailand, specifically whether they can find paid or unpaid positions. A comment advises that an unpaid internship can be pursued with a Non Immigrant ED visa, and the restaurant will provide necessary documents for the application. For paid positions, a Work Permit and Non Immigrant B visa are needed.

You can follow a Thai Coocking class on every visa, you can do an unpaid internship on the Non Immigrant ED visa, for application the restaurant will give you the needed documents. For paid work you need a Work Permit and a Non Immigrant B visa.

Agreed Robert but many Thai language courses last longer than a visa exempt entry so you likely need a border hop or an extension.

You can follow Thai Language course on every visa even on Visa Exempt.

Similar....Can I do a Thai language course on an O-A visa, please?
Robert *******
So it depends on the duration of the internship made by you and the restaurant and agreed by the Ministry of Education.

thank you so much

It is a Single Entry Visa and gives you 90 days of stay, if you stay longer the restaurant has to provide you with documents and than you can apply for an Extension of Stay at local Immigration.
