What are the requirements for gyms to be accepted for a soft power Muay Thai DTV visa in Thailand?

I would like to apply for a soft power Muay Thai DTV.

What would be the requirements for a gym that would be considered accepted for immigration?

I already train at a small local gym, but I don’t believe they are government approved, would it be possible anyway to use them?

I don’t really want to train elsewhere, as I like this place, so if not, what other options would there be to get the soft power Muay Thai?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a Soft Power Muay Thai DTV visa, the gym must be registered as both a business and a sports entity. While you can continue training at a small local gym, it must meet the government approval criteria for your visa application to be successful. If it doesn't, consider gyms like Tiger Eye or Fairtex in Bangkok, which offer flexible training and necessary documentation, such as invitation letters and licenses. Additionally, some users suggest training at more recognized gyms while occasionally training at your favorite local spot.

The gym needs to be registered both as a business entity and also a sports entity.

Tiger eye in Bangkok has done loads of these. Just do a search in the group

If your gym can't provide one then go to a gym you can at least drop into once. This is why a gym in Bangkok will be a good option as almost everyone is going to fly into Bangkok.

Also, tiger eye doesn't force you to sign up for long courses. You have regular options as well

You can apply through licensed Muay Thai gym with some sessions and go train at other Muay Thai gyms at the same time :)

My customers from my gym also do that

DTV doesnt force you to stay in one place
