Hi everyone

I’m planning my soft power application from

London.

Can someone please provide me with the official link to apply online for the UK Thai embassy. I can’t seem to find it on Google

I will be applying for the soft power route with Muay Thai.

I assume I need the following is there anything I’m missing?

1. Muay Thai gym package details and receipt

2. 500k in saving

3. Passport - is this just the main page with my photo and passport details?

4. Proof of residency - if my bank account has my UK home address is this sufficient or should I add my drivers license or utility bill too?

5. Flight details? I’ve heard some people just needed to provide the flight number or do you need to provide proof of payment and confirmation etc?

Thank you so much

London embassy requires to show the actual flight ticket to Thailand booked within the next 3 months from the day of your application, so you better check the flights first and book your ticket already

Anonymous participant 869 would this just be a screenshot of the email booking confirmation from the airline?

Anonymous participant the ticket that you receive in your email after booking

Anonymous participant 869 this is an annoying stipulation as the time of booking the flight would be based on when the dtvs approved

Anonymous participant you can also book fully refundable ticket but tbh if you make sure all of your documents are filled correctly, you book the course for at least 6 months and you give them all information that they require then you should get your visa approved

Anonymous participant perhaps if you get rejected in London, you can use this ticket to fly for a holiday to Thailand and then bounce to Vietnam or Cambodia and apply from there?

You apply on the Thai evisa website not on London Thai embassy website

Why don’t you go to the London Thai Embassy website, which is one of the better in the world, there may be other information there, you need to deal with before applying.

Anonymous participant do you know if I need confirmation of flights with payment or is the flight detail itself with just the flight number enough?
Anonymous ******************
Anonymous participant you need to show the actual ticket you booked to Thailand

Accommodation in Thailand

Anonymous participant 926 do they ask for this? I have a long term condo already but I didn’t think this was a requirement?
Anonymous ******************
Anonymous participant no they don’t, they only ask for address of accommodation in Thailand, so you should input the address of the hotel you are planning to stay at. You can put 1 month, even if you only gonna stay there for a few days, they don’t check it
