Hi. Question about the proposed changes to the LTR visa (pensioner). Is it true that the current proposal states - "...no cap on the number of dependents—including spouses, children, parents, and legal dependents (previous cap was 4 children under age 20)."

It is not a proposed change. It became law on the 4th Feb 2025 following the announcement of the Board of Investment No Por.

The legitimate spouse, parents, children under 20 yrs old and legal dependents of the primary LTR Visa holder can qualify for a dependent LTR visa. There is now no limit to the number of qualifying dependents.
