more than that: April 11 and 12 are a Saturday and a Sunday. This means that Immigration remains closed for 5 (five!) consecutive days

ORIGINAL POSTERIf you have a stamp that expires during one of the closure dates then you can go the next open day and get an extension as normal but you will get a stamp saying in Thai “overstay fine waived due to closure”.
That’s not an issue really but go early if you can to avoid it.
