What are the potential issues with my Thai tourist visa application as an Albanian citizen residing in France?

I am an Albanian citizen holding a French residence permit under the “private and family life” category. I applied for a 15-day tourist visa to Thailand through the Thai Embassy in Paris two weeks ago, but my application is still being processed.

I am concerned that additional documents may be requested. I submitted my July and August payslips (with a net monthly income of over €3,000), my tax assessment and my residence permit. However, my flight booking receipt does not include a PNR, and the hotel reservations are in my wife’s name. I also provided our family record book as proof of our relationship.

My main concern is that we will be departing from Germany, as we live near the border, even though I legally reside in France.

Could these points cause any issues with my application? Does anyone know the current processing times for Thai tourist visas in Paris?
