Can someone knowledgeable about Elite Visa please give info beyond the website?

1. The 500000thb fee gives you a “card” to show upon entry, or a stamp in the passport? Multi entry? Is it a tourist stamp or Elite Visa stamp?

1. I can apply from my country the USA?

1. Is the entity that issues EV a separate company or part of the official Thai immigration? In other words if that company goes bust will I lose the EV Per immigration?

1. What needs to be done every year for the exsion of the EV? Does the company do all the services pertaining?

1. Yearly fees?

Please no guessing...facts. Thank you in advance:)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thailand Elite Visa, specifically the entry-level 500,000 THB option, provides a sticker in the passport upon entry, valid for five years with unlimited entries and yearly extensions. Interested individuals can apply from the USA, but the visa must be stamped in-person upon arrival in Thailand. The Elite Visa is managed by a private company, and there are no yearly fees after the initial payment.

AND before this thread devolves into another "is or isn't the thai elite program worth it or not" I'm closing the comments. (and I will creatively delete all the comments but mine :P )

Contact the elite company by email or call them. Believe me you're not the first person to ask these questions and they have the answers for you;

AND what did you find out when you talked to the Elite company? They speak english fine, they answer questions fine, and you should have been able to get EVERY one of these questions answered by them

Still I'll give you the answers;

1 - If you buy the entry level 500K baht elite visa you get a STICKER stuck into your passport when you arrive to thailand the first time after you bought the Elite visa. It is good for 5 years

2 - You can apply from your country, (transfer them the money, etc) BUT until you actually come here you can't get the elite visa stuck in your passport.

3 - The Thai Elite is a private company and when you enter the country you will get the visa sticker stuck in and get stamped for a year in BY the immigration officers at passport control

4 - the visa is unlimited exit/entry and every time you come in you get stamped in for a whole new year entry stamp. IF you don't leave during the year you can go to the immigration office and pay 1900baht and they will give you a year extension.

5 If you're talking about the 500K baht entry level Elite, it's a one off thing, there is no yearly fee
