If you do a 4200 Baht visa run from CM, then you don't need anything and come straight back. No nights out, no Flight ticket and no Condo contract. Met some of those border bouncers todayBbc *********

The same. But very recent reports state that Chiang Khong is back to 2 nights while Chiang Saen is still just one night.

Yes. 1 Night in Laos at Chiang Saen or 2 nights in Laos at Chiang Khong. But I've heard reports that "Chiang Mai Visa Run" can get you in and out same day at Chiang Khong.Bbc *********
