TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses available soft power classes in Thailand priced between 12,000 and 20,000 baht. Suggestions include a Thai herbs and fauna class for 9,999 THB, a 6-month Muay Thai course for 15,000 THB, and a boxing course at 20,000 THB. The dialogue also raises questions about the intention behind seeking these classes, specifically regarding their role in visa applications and extensions.

it’s been made apparent in this group each embassy can differ from another, 2 people have recently reported being declined when using this particular course, both were declined by the embassy in Cambodia.
Are you genuinely interested in soft power activities, or are you just looking for a cheaper way to get a 5-year visa? Which class are you talking about? What will you do when it's time to extend your DTV? Are you aware that ongoing activity will be required? There’s absolutely no guarantee that exit and reentry will continue to work without it.
Anonymous participant If you're extending your stay in Thailand, then yes. So far, it hasn’t been checked at the border during exit and re-entry. However, you will still need to leave and re-enter at the end of your first extension. The requirements were essentially set when immigration decided to request all documents again for extensions within Thailand.
