What should I know about applying for the DTV visa in Thailand from Kuala Lumpur as a remote worker?
Hi everyone, planning to apply for the Thailand DTV visa as a remote worker and had a couple of questions for the group.
1. Has anyone applied from Kuala Lumpur? Would love to hear how it went, processing time, documents needed, anything that surprised you.
2. On the bank balance requirement, my funds are split between a Euro account and a Dollar account on Payoneer. If I combine statements from both into a single PDF, would that work, or does it need to be one account showing the full amount? Also, my monthly income is above USD 5000, just wanted to flag that in case it changes what's needed.

Payoneer is not a bank so may not be universally accepted, you would need to check with the consulate you intend applying through

I just got approved visa today , I will suggest you to keep required fund in one bank account .

You can find some posts on KL in the threads. It is not as popular as other SEA embassies due to its' difficulty of application. It is ok to apply with multiple bank accounts. You would need to check if they accept Payoneer.
