Are you talking about the visa letter? Yes, I use vietnamvisa.org. Used them twice and am waiting for my 3rd letter right now.

The letter is good for all kinds of visas, but the Vietnam eVisa doesn’t require a letter and is good for a 30-day single entry tourist.

Fill in the blanks, upload a couple pics, pay $25, it takes 2-3 days, then you print out a page and you’re good to go.

Yes....mine went through first time no problem. Tried about 10 times to do my husband’s and it finally went through. Could not tell what the error was the first 10 times, but just kept trying on subsequent days.
