I travelled last month. If fully vaccinated, you just have to show vaxcert, flight-out ticket, and where you’re staying while in PP.

…if your vax is in Thailand, you should show the yellow book or it’s copy. The electronic vax details in Mor Prom is in Pasa Thai. They want one in English in PP
