Hello guys. I got covid-19 extension yesterday (15+15days) for my tourist visa. I plan to stay in Thailand for a long term (1 year or more) . I have Israel passport. Should be able to get the visa without leaving Thailand.
What are the best options for that?
What firm would you recommend to assist me on that?
Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
An Israeli expat currently holding a covid-19 extension (15+15 days) on a tourist visa in Thailand is seeking advice on the best long-term visa options that can be obtained without leaving the country. Suggestions include securing employment for a Non-B visa and looking into Thai Elite options, while also noting the challenges posed by the current situation due to COVID-19.
yeah, what we're not gonna do is leave this open for posters to run thru every permutation of possible visa/extension option available.
You have extremely limited options as it is and not to be mean spirited but possibly should have looked for a long term visa option BEFORE washing up here without one :O
My prospective employer's lawyer (based in Surat Thani) told me yesterday that, with regards to the progress of my application, the labour office has closed until covid situation calms down. I interpret that as no option to process nonB at this time, or no option to process work permit at this time, or both.
You FIND a job, the employer gives you the documentation to either go to a thai consulate and get a Non-B OR to get the Non-B visa inside the country IF you meet the requirements at the immigration office you're applying at AND if you have enough time left on your current entry stamp.
