What are some recommendations for dental clinics in Bangkok or Nakhon Pathom for crown work?
Hello all, I have a non-visa question so it falls under the category of ‘and everything else’ 😉. I might need to redo a crown during my stay in Thailand (December- April). Any suggestions for a great dental clinic in Bangkok or Nakhon Pathom, which is where I’ll be staying for most of my trip? Thanks. You guys are really helpful.
Answer summary
A user is seeking recommendations for dental clinics in Bangkok or Nakhon Pathom for crown work during their stay in Thailand from December to April. One commenter suggests Mahidol University in Bangkok, noting it is a teaching dental school that offers reasonable prices and provides good treatment, although there may be delays in the process. They caution that many clinics do not accept foreign credit or debit cards.

I had some excellent treatment at Mahidol University in Bangkok . I believe this is also a Teaching Dental School .The process to clerk me took a while . But the treatment was Root Canal work which relieved my pain . The cost was reasonable .Be warned -I have found out that a lot of Dental Clinics do not take Foreign Credit /Debit cards .

thanks! If the dental clinics don’t accept foreign credit cards, how does one pay? Perhaps with Wise?Ivan *********
Cash ? Do your research before you have the treatment . This happened to me in Northern Thailand . I suspect that in Bangkok it might be easier?Just be aware of the issue .
