What are some reputable cooking classes for the DTV in Khao Lak?
Hi All, both me & my partner are looking at the DTV for soft power cooking classes. We meet all other requirements such as financial, flights & accomodation, we will be applying from our home country the UK. I am looking for any reccomendations on cooking classes in Khao Lak (or near to) for the DTV as I would like to ensure we enroll to a reputable business- thank you in advance 😊
Answer summary
The inquiry seeks recommendations for reputable cooking classes in Khao Lak suitable for obtaining a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) focused on soft power cooking. Community responses suggest that Khao Lak may lack certified cooking classes for the DTV, with reputable options predominantly available in Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Emphasis is placed on verifying business certifications and licenses for DTV eligibility.

You don't want to be looking for a reputable anything, you want to be looking for business certifications, licenses, and associations, eligible for DTV approval.

There is nothing much around Khao Lak. I'm not even sure you'll find a Muay Thai gym that is certified. Certified cooking classes are mostly in Chiang Mai and Bangkok.

Unfortunately, our cooking school is based in Chiang Mai, not Khao Lak. But if you ever plan a trip up north, we’d be happy to welcome you to our classes. Wishing you the best of luck in finding a great program that fits your plans 🙏😊
