You have to renew their passports first. Then you can apply through the local embassy in your area for the family visa through Thai Child with thr Court documents and new passports. Contact the Thai embassy to see exactly what is needed as each embassy is a different

Can you renew their Thai passports at the Thai Embassy in London? When you arrive in Thailand you can do Thai ID cards for them too.Graham ******

LTR has nothing to do with having custody of a Thai child. If you're looking to enter Thailand on that basis it's a non-O visa.
