What should I do if my letters from the States are not arriving in Thailand?

question; i have had 3  letters not show up in the mail from the states. i receive other mail at my address just not letters... anybody else have problems receiving mail from the states.  or any suggestions.

I find that letters sent to me as tracked regular mail get to me in 10-14 days. That was last year when my sister sent me a credit card from California.

I have important stuff sent to my sister in the states and she sends them to me with DHL. I don’t trust the Thai Post for important mail.

The letters I don’t want arrive quick, letters I want can take 2 weeks to never, mainly replacement bank card.

If really needed, FedEx or a service like it is required.
