We are travelling to Thailand in the month of May . Is the 1 day test and go program necessary as a part of covid protocol for Thailand?? Or are there any new changes to be introduced as of April 2022.
Any leads would be appreciated !

TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers to Thailand in May 2022 should still prepare for the Test and Go program, which is in effect for the month of April. The requirement for a PCR test upon arrival may change to an ATK test, although this is not yet confirmed. It is recommended to consult the local Thai Embassy for the most up-to-date information based on vaccination status and travel plans.
Test and go will still be here for the month of April. The only proposal so far for May is to change the arrival test from PCR to ATK. But it's way too early to guess about that because we don't know what Songkran will do to the Covid numbers.
The best place to start is with the website of your local Thai Embassy as they have information that relates to your vaccination level and when you wish to travel.
