Wondering if any of you have driven up to the top of Doi Inthanon on a motorbike from Chiang Mai old city? Or is it super dangerous?
Thanks in advance 🙂

TLDR : Answer Summary
Several users shared their experiences about driving a motorbike from Chiang Mai to Doi Inthanon. The road is generally good but can be steep and windy. Many found the ride enjoyable, mentioning that it took roughly 1 hour and 54 minutes from central Chiang Mai. However, caution is advised, especially in wet conditions due to slippery roads, gravel, and unexpected obstacles. Riders are encouraged to go at their own pace and stay aware of changing road conditions.
you're right roads can be slippery when wet ! also watch out for gravels , holes în the road , dead leaves , animal crossing , people driving on the wrong side , cars parked in curves .
When driving in Thailande be AWARE every second !!
Only on bicycle 🚴 from CM. It’s an easy route for a motorbike. Not very curvy, wide road, good surface. Easy to pull off for breaks. It’s not particularly scenic though.
