Did you submit address of your own condo or did you just book a hotel and why?
Answer summary
The discussion revolves around whether expats applying for the DTV (Thai Digital Nomad Visa) should use their own condo address or a hotel booking as proof of accommodation. Many suggest that submitting a condo rental contract is preferable as it indicates long-term housing, while some have opted for hotel bookings in situations where they did not have a condo at the time of application. It's noted that requirements may vary, so it's important to check with the relevant embassy for current guidelines.

Used my condo. Submitted one of the closing pages. No problem.
Just ask the embassy where you are applying. Mine said I had to provide a proof of accommodation for 7 days, so I provided a hotel booking. I didn't even have a condo at that time. But this was 2 years ago, things might have changed - just ask them what they need.
