What address information should I provide when applying for a DTV visa from Vietnam without a permanent address?

Hi there! I am currently in my DTV application process and might have some questions over the next few days ☺️ I am currently in Vietnam, applying from here. 

Here are the first questions:

1. What Adress Information should I put in? I haven’t lived in my home country in a while so I don’t have an Adress there. There is a possibility to enter a „permanent“ Adress and a „current“ Adress. But I don’t have a permanent Adress… so do I just put the apartment that I am staying in here in Vietnam or a postal Adress back in my home country? 😳

2. travel information: I don’t have a flight booked yet as I don’t know when the visa will be ready, so should I look up a flight that I think I might be able to take? 

3. accommodation info: I’m staying with my friend in his condo - would I put the condo Adress and his contact number?

Bank at home? That address on your account is your permanent address in my considerable experience of visa applications......at least if you don't actually have a permanent address, as I haven't.

You have to show your current location (Vietnam) In the next box they ask if this is your permanent address, to which you answer no and then enter your US address.

Having just completed this process, they may ask for 'further proof of current location' which included photos of passport stamp for Vietnam and boarding pass.
