TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among commenters is that an outbound flight is not necessary for holders of a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) in Thailand. The DTV is a multi-entry visa valid for five years, allowing holders to live and travel within Thailand in 180-day blocks. A one-way ticket is considered sufficient.
