Is a ticket for an onward destination in May sufficient for immigration requirements in Thailand?

Hi, everyone. I'm back in Thailand in a couple of days. I'll be in Thailand for a few weeks before doing a little traveling in SE Asia. But, my plans aren't clear as to where I'm going next at the moment. I have a place to stay in Thailand, and will report at a local immigration office to do a TM30. My concern, and the reason I'm writing now, is that the ticket of an onward destination that i was going to use at Suvarnabhumi if requested to show, doesn't leave Bangkok until early May. Is that sufficient enough to meet their requirements, or not..?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is returning to Thailand and plans to stay for a few weeks before traveling to Southeast Asia. They want to know if an onward ticket scheduled for early May is adequate to satisfy immigration checks at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
