How was the process for extending an O Visa in Sakon Nakhon?

For information purposes only. I want to Sakon Nakhon immigration today to extend my O visa based on retirement with 800k seasoned in my bank account, and to also renew my multi entry permit. The whole process was seamless compared to what I have been used to at Phuket. I was 5 weeks early and only 6 weeks into my arrival from the U.K. however he renewed my 90 day reporting also, no requirement to prove the 800k after another 3 months. All done and dusted in less than an hour and stress free.
