Hi, is anyone from Poland applying for a DTV? Unfortunately, I don't see an option in my bank to generate a bank statement in English, only in Polish. How should I translate it? (The website says the translation must be authorized, so I can't do it myself).

Ja zamowilam oficjalne potwierdzenie salda z mbanku (40 zl) i przetlumaczylam przysiegle (60 zl). Przeszlo ☺️

If you are in Poland, you do not need a statement for the embassy in Warsaw, only a balance confirmation, which is one A4 page issued by the bank, which a sworn translator will translate for PLN 60.

I just sent them the Polish version and added a simple table showing my monthly balances and income.

I also converted the amounts to GBP (since I have a UK account as well) and explained that the total balance each month meets the visa requirement.

They accepted it without any problem :)

Try to contact the bank or ask on a bank forum - if it exists and ask there. Luckily my mobile app let me change the app language before login and I could generate bank statement in English.

In my case I used Google translate. Prepared pdf with explain in first page and attached polish and English version. But I apply in Vietnam ;)

I had to get it from a “tłumacz przysięgły” unfortunately. Approx 800pln as it’s the whole statement from mbank that had to be translated
