does anyone know how to put the name right if one has two fornames like this: Thomas David and one last name. the concept of a middle name does not exist in germany. does the forename have to be put both under first name, or the second forename under "middle name" box?
i know about the MZR in passport but it is still not clear where to put what. The mzr is like this <<LASTNAME<<Thomas<David<<<<<<

TLDR : Answer Summary
When inputting names for visas or other official documents in Thailand, if your passport lists two forenames (e.g., Thomas David) and one last name, you should match the names exactly as they appear in the MRZ of your passport. Since the concept of a middle name does not exist in German passports, both forenames should be entered in the 'first name' field on forms, without separating the second forename into a 'middle name' field.
Anonymous participant lastname also called family name. Have you ever seen middlename be used as family name? I didnt think that even need to be specified. What does the passport say in the MRZ sone? I bet it say, last name, first middle? Whats more logical to use middle name in what box then? Not a useless answer.. its a clear answer.. just as MRZ say...
(there is no "middle name" in european passports they are all under forename/given name) and a middle name is not a concept there (i belive only canada/us have this cocept)
i asked about whether my second forname should be middle name or put together with my first forename into first name. no way to know how to to it based on the MRZ
Just make it match your passport. If you don’t have a middle name and your passport doesn’t have any space for a middle name then place your given names in the first name spot.
