 no such thing as an "E tourist visa." I can only presume op is referring to the ability to apply for a single entry tourist visa online.

 Where under the Immigration Act is there a category called "e-visa." Again, it appears to be the ability to apply online for a tourist visa.

 look at the name of the group. A tourist visa electronically applied for is fair. E-visa - I'm not trying to be pedantic but understand how Thai visas are complicated to begin with. Calling something an e-visa just complicates things more.
