Answer summary
The processing time for the digital nomad visa from Vietnam can vary, with one user reporting a four-day wait for approval. It is advised to remain in Vietnam during the processing period, as you cannot enter Thailand until your visa is approved. Additionally, there may be further requests for location verification or interviews at this stage.

You can't come to Thailand before approval. Requests for proves of location and interview are still possible at that stage.
