Am wondering how SHA transfers from the airport work when part of the journey includes a boat?

Thinking of visiting Railay (which has a couple of SHA++ hotels) but if you book the Test & Go package will they pick you up from KBV, drive you to Ao Nang and put you on a boat to Railay? Can you book the transfer independently from the hotel?  Where and when would you do the RT-PCR test?

The "rule" is 5 hour travel time from your arrival airport is okay. The hotel will arrange the transportation so as long as they will give you a confirmation that shows your package includes the transfer then the hotel should know what's acceptable and take care of it for you. The Thailand PSAS website says it's also for booking Krabi PCR tests.

Does Krabi have international flights arriving yet?

You have to do your entry program where you arrive in Thailand except for some very specific exceptions.
