Hey guys, 

I'm going to Penang on Saturday for a visa. My gf is also coming and is on an ED visa. She needs a re-entry permit but I'm not sure if one of those is easy to get. Will we need to get to Immigration at 5am tomorrow like everyone else or are these permits easier to acquire than other things (meaning - there isn't a strict daily quota)?

This new place seems to illicit more confusion than harmony from what I'm reading lol
