How can I successfully apply for a DTV visa in Israel?

DTV visa approved in Israel after three weeks. (employed and freelancer)

Yes, the process took time. At first I uploaded the documents, then I went to the embassy to pay in cash. There were no available appointments, so I called and asked them to find me an appointment for the payment because I need to fly soon.

On 3.12 I paid, then they reviewed my documents. On 8.12 they sent me a request for additional documents, and on 14.12 I submitted all of them. I didn’t receive any response until today. I went there again this morning, and by the evening I received an answer my DTV was approved.

It did take time, but in the end it was approved.
