Can anybody provide assistance with finding a medical clinic or hospital (or an agent to help with finding them) who is actually willing to entertain issuing the paperwork for the medical DTV?

I have ongoing chronic conditions that require specialist support in dermatology and rheumatology, but I keep running into roadblocks when trying to engage with providers.

Ideally I'd like something in the broader hua hin area, but I'm willing to remain in Bangkok for the initial appointment block before moving my care southwards.
