TLDR : Answer Summary
Be cautious when filling out the Thai arrival card, as there are commercial websites that charge high fees for a service that is officially free. It's recommended to use the official government site to get the arrival card without charge. Some users have reported scams claiming to expedite the process for a fee. It's advised to use the official Thai immigration site or certain trusted agents that do not charge if you submit within three days of arrival.
Yep use the top one it’s free and you get the qr code instantly, one mob was going to charge me $105 Australian be careful

There are some scam sites for sure. Some claiming "24 hour express processing" and bullshit like that, when it's an instant process already. And some charging insane fees like $80-$100.
But there are some like the one from the owner of this group who doesn't charge at all if you're submitting within 3 days of arrival, same as the official system. And if you want to submit earlier than that, they charge a small fee to hold your data and submit it for you when you're within 3 days of your trip.
