As this is not a visa and the picture you showed of last year stamp, we do not know what kind of visa you had. You have to look back in your passport to find a Visa sticker with the text

Type of Visa: Non Immigrant

Categorie: O or O-A

No of Entries.

It is not a Visa it is named (line 2)

Stamp is based on: Being over 50 years of age and willing to sit out the rest of your live inside Thailand,. To save some passport pages, Immigration decided to make the stamp short with just one word Retirement,
