TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster is uncertain about the status of their O-A retirement visa as they cannot find the 'O' or 'A' designation on their documentation. Community responses clarify that the stamp they have may not be a visa but an extension of stay granted indefinitely for individuals over 50. To verify the type of visa, the poster should check for a visa sticker in their passport indicating 'Non Immigrant' and categories 'O' or 'O-A'.

As this is not a visa and the picture you showed of last year stamp, we do not know what kind of visa you had. You have to look back in your passport to find a Visa sticker with the text

Type of Visa: Non Immigrant

Categorie: O or O-A

No of Entries.

Example of the Non Immigrant O visa:

Deleted incorrect answers and off topic comments.

What you show in this picture is named as the text.

You got this stamp at Chonburi Immigration Office (Line 1)

It is not a Visa it is named (line 2)

Extension of Stay permitted up to 26 Mar 2020, holder must leave the Kingdom whithin the day specied herein offenders will be prosecuted.

Signed by Immigration Officer ......

Bottom line is the date of application: 18 Mar 2019

Stamp is based on: Being over 50 years of age and willing to sit out the rest of your live inside Thailand,. To save some passport pages, Immigration decided to make the stamp short with just one word Retirement,
