How can I demonstrate ownership of business funds in a blocked personal account for a Thailand visa application?

Hi guys,

I’ve been holding funds in my business Payoneer account because my personal account is currently blocked.

Before applying, a friend told me his application was rejected because the embassy required the funds to be in a personal account.

I’m applying from Pakistan and have visited Thailand twice before. Is there any way I can show that I am the sole owner of the business and the funds are effectively mine?

Moving the funds to a local personal bank account would mean waiting another 3 to 6 months, which I’d prefer to avoid.

Also, I’m not sure what to upload in fields #4 and #5. My company is registered in Delaware, USA, and I have all the legal documents, including an ITIN in my name. The business is also registered locally in Pakistan as a sole proprietorship, so I am the only owner. Business Type: Marketing Agency

I’d really appreciate any guidance. I’ve been maintaining these funds in my business account specifically for this visa application.

Interesting. Your personal account if frozen, so you want to leave the country as quickly as possible.

I would say, take care the frozen account and the money in that account first, BUT that all depends on who and why that account is frozen.

You need the money in a personal bank account on your name for 3 months. Move the money to a personal account and wait for another 3 months

Where are you applying from? Pakistan?

Some have had success writing a sponsorship letter from the “company” to the “applicant” as a method of “financial sponsorship” but I don’t know if this still works and is entirely dependent on application point.

Keep it in personal. I created a personal and moved the amount into it and waiting for it to be there for 3 months
