About 2 months ago I did the 90-day check online for my wife and I. I downloaded the PDFs that you’re meant to put into your passport. However, when I downloaded them, it appeared that I downloaded two of the same confirmations (my wife’s). I’m now worried that I did her check twice and didn’t do mine at all. Is that even possible online? Is there a way to check my current status? The website was not allowing me to check the status of either check-in.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about potentially completing the 90-day check-in process twice for their wife and not for themselves. They are trying to find a way to confirm their current status online, as they encountered issues accessing the website for the check-in status.
