Can any passport holder from US, France, Spain, Italy, or Germany who have not been to their country in a significant amount of time confirm how they were treated at the Cambodian border in the last 48 hours? Looking for first hand knowledge. Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original inquiry seeks firsthand accounts from recent travelers holding passports from the US, France, Spain, Italy, or Germany about their experiences at the Cambodian border over the past 48 hours, specifically addressing treatment by border authorities. Comments included lighthearted speculation about holding multiple nationalities and concerns about immigration officer interactions.

I imagine the Thai passport control officer would (hopefully) nicely tell those people to use a different border? I don't think we're here to talk about if an immigration officer is nice or not.

"The Cambodia government believes this to be passport holders" as far as I understand is your interpretation. I do not see this stated there. On the contrary, the next line,

"- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Cambodia" implies its referring to travelers arriving from these places independent of nationality, not passport holders.

Me again :-) talk in other thread too

This IATA travel document is from " International AIR transport association" for my understanding airport only.

Here and in the other thread we talk from land border. Or?

This source is entirely ambiguous about my question. Thanks though.

Peopleoften re-write their post again and again, for fear they will be nitpicked about their syntax and choice of words. not the subject itself. to no avail, it seems! ;-)

Why not joke about the wording and answer about the situation, or double guess he asks about ways to grease difficulties, without being too direct, and answer this page will not condone nor advise corrupting immigration officers.

WOW, holding 5 Nationalities, are you a collector?

Which one you like to use, or is it take all and see which one is allowed?

You have to be quick if you like to find out, as of tomorrow only the Poi Pet - Aranyaprathet border check point will be open for essential travels
