As I understand it, the amnesty is only for the benefit of those INSIDE Thailand and unable to get out.

we have the same situation. Our 3 month visa was from March to June. And now we don’t know if we need a new one or we can use this one (expired) while entering in a Thailand. We wrote to the embassy, but they didn’t respond clearly(((Reply to
