Does it matter how the 500k Baht is stored on application of the DTV? If I have it within a mutual fund, 401k or an ETF account, would that be acceptable?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 500,000 Baht requirement for the DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) must be kept in liquid assets, such as cash in a savings or current account. Investments in mutual funds, 401k, or ETF accounts are not accepted.
