I am getting close to the end of my first year's Valid Until Date of my OA visa ... just wanted to confirm whether it makes any difference whether I purchase the Multi Reentry Permit at the airport immigration as I am leaving Thailand or is it better to get it as I am re-entering through immigration after my trip?  Not sure if it makes any difference to Thai immigration.
