TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is confused about receiving a 60-day 'Covid' extension, which they believe may disqualify them from applying for a 60-day family visit extension. There are comments questioning the legitimacy of the 'Covid' extension, the user's entry date and visa type, whether they have left Thailand since the extension, and if they are dealing with an agent or Immigration directly.

This smells fishy. Were you dealng with an agent or with Immigration directly?

There hasn't been covid extensions for over a year. When did you enter Thailand and with what visa? Where did you get your extension?

I see. Then I'm not sure. It may be a local office policy that they won't offer an additional extension since you've already had one. I'm not sure. Normally you would qualify for the visiting family extension but if they won't allow you to apply for it you may need to leave and start over with a new non-O visa.
