I'm living here in Thailand on a OA retirement Visa. If I stay somewhere like a hotel in the same province I live in do I myself have to report to immigration after I return to my home. And does my landlord have to do a report aswell. Many thanks
TLDR : Answer Summary
If you're living in Thailand on an OA retirement visa and choose to stay in a hotel within the same province, you typically do not need to report to immigration upon your return home. However, your landlord is not required to report your stay either since you are not changing your primary residence.
