Do I need to report to immigration if I stay in a hotel in the same province while on an OA retirement visa in Thailand?

I'm living here in Thailand on a OA retirement Visa. If I stay somewhere like a hotel in the same province I live in do I myself have to report to immigration after I return to my home. And does my landlord have to do a report aswell. Many thanks
