Do I need the "3 proofs" for a non-immigrant B visa when not planning to travel?

Time for another potentially stupid question: can the "3 proofs" be asked for with any type of visa? I am arriving back from SA in April with a non-immigrant B visa to work as a teacher, and just want to be sure of whether i need proof of ongoing travel and 20000 Baht in cash when I'm not planning on going anywhere.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question inquires about the necessity of the "3 proofs" (evidence of ongoing travel, sufficient funds, etc.) for a non-immigrant B visa in Thailand, specifically when the individual does not intend to travel after arriving.
