Yes and you will have to have another one when you arrive courtesy of the airport

Clyde Borg Not if you are transiting from one flight to another. If you read on the Emirates website it tells you need a negative pcr before you fly and if you are going to Dubai itself you will have another when you arrive at arrivals. You quarantine 7 days while you wait for the result
