I wish this information may help you there are 4 places that you can contact but I don't know how long does it take. Anyway I took photo that's not perfect it reflects from the light. And that's only Thai language that's what I have.
เฮนนิ่ง ลอยค์แคร์ท. You can apply for it using Mor Prom app. There's a few places around Bangkok where you can pick it up, but there's about a seven day appointment queue. I believe the airport no longer issues them
thanks a lot! The department that issues these papers is actually fully booked until Nov 25 which is too late but i called them and they said we could just walk in and they'll get us one.
