Answer summary
The consensus is that while you cannot use the profits from your investment portfolio as direct proof of income for visa purposes, you can use your investment funds as proof of financial stability or required funds, specifically the 500,000 baht. It’s advisable to have the funds in a regular bank account for at least 3 to 6 months. Additional documentation such as income statements from your broker or tax documents may strengthen your case.

Not as such. But you can get the DTV. You need to show remote work activity. You can essentially "make this up" if your overall portfolio is strong and be accepted on the basis of expected income. I know because I did the same.
Does your broker issue yearly income statements? , another option your Tax declaration documents do they mention any source of income? Gather those for the last 4-5 years if available to have a solid case.
