TLDR : Answer Summary
Users in the community overwhelmingly suggest that funds from a cryptocurrency exchange account, such as Binance, will not be accepted as proof of funds for the DTV visa in Thailand. They emphasize the need for cash held in a traditional bank account, citing that many applications get rejected when funds are shown as investments or in accounts not directly held in the applicant's name. It's advisable to convert cryptocurrency into fiat money and ensure that the funds are in a local bank account for the application process.
Jakarta was reasonably quick, even considering it was holiday period. I applied 26th, asked for extra info the 30th, sent 31st. Received approval the 2nd.
Yes, approved late next working day. I had the minimum balance in my account for the 6 months, so can't comment on how long it needs to be there, but I've heard it doesn't need to be 6 months.
I showed three years of trading accounts and fully paid tax returns with ample available funds, but got rejected. For whatever reason, they need funds to be shown in a traditional bank account in your own name.

the same thing happened to me, they only accept bank accounts not any kinds of investing accounts
Will not work. Take some funds out and convert to Fiat Money. However, better wait until at least until end of January because this month we gonna print cashhhh🤑🤑🤑
