I want to arrive in Thailand Nov.21 on multiple entry tourist visa. In 60 days I will have to exit and re-enter thailand for my visa. My question is; On my application for METV under Travel booking confirmation can I show a plane ticket to enter Thailand Nov.21 and exit Thailand to Laos with a bus ticket 59 days later? Is that acceptable?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires if a flight ticket into Thailand and a bus ticket to Laos for their exit, 59 days later, can be used as acceptable proof of onward travel when applying for a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV). Responses indicate that showing the bus ticket should be acceptable, but the final decision rests with the consulate, which may request additional proof if deemed necessary.

I only showed my flight in and out of Thailand, 5 months apart. A 4 night hotel booking confirmation for the first 4 nights in BKK and electricity bill as proof I was in the uk.

Do you even need a METV nowadays (after 15 July 2024)??

As the METV price is about 5000 Thai Baht at any Thai Embassy/Thai Consulate??

Should work as proof of onward travel

BUT

Remember the consulate has final say and if it's not enough they'll email you
