TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, holding an annual non-immigrant O multiple family visa on an Italian passport, is inquiring about potential issues when exiting Thailand to Malaysia and re-entering, specifically in light of any new rules. A commenter reassured that as long as the user possesses a valid visa, they should be allowed re-entry into Thailand.

No, I can't imagine you'd have problems. You have an existing visa, and therefore the Thai government should let you back in. But, please make a post of what you experience after you get back.

Remember, the Thai government will let people from Italy (and the other nations that had the visa on arrival/ visa exempts removed) enter Thailand IF they have a visa before they arrive.
